Well when I was asleep for surgery the gremlins came in and hurt my shoulder. The area where the put the port in is a little sore but..... my should felt like it was popped out of joint and put back. 3:00 am Saturday morning I was sitting on the back porch with Greg and was crying like a baby. I took the pain meds, but it didn't stop the pain, just made me stupid and sick to my stomach. Saturday morning when Laurie called she said she had something I could rub on my shoulder and it would help..... Guess what ? It's for horses and you get it at the feed store. It's called ABSORBINE Veterinary Liniment and smells like spearmint snoballs. This "back crack" is the bomb. Oh my, just a little goes along way. So all you folks with any pain go get some of this back crack from your vet. lol. Now I'm prancing around and can pitch with my left arm.
Sunday was a very good day. Greg cleaned the house, while I cleaned out my closet. I really needed to do this so that I could find my clothes to go back to work. Jake spent the weekend in Baton Rouge at a Soccer Tourny.
Let's go back to Thursday night! I was feeling a little sorry for myself due to having to go to the hospital to get the port. While I was eating my filling in my back tooth came out. I ran outside to tell Greg and he started laughing. I'm glad my family has a sense of humor or I would have been crying. So now I have to go to the dentist to have this fixed before they can start the chemo. So lets just add this to my list of shots!!! This one will be in the mouth. I think now I'm up to about 35.
